How to design and produce a thinnest outdoor TV cabinet?

Existing outdoor TV cabinets are very thick because they need to be so thick to prevent tipping. A one-meter-high cabinet must be thicker than 45 centimeters to be less likely to tip.

A 45-centimeter-thick cabinet also means occupying more space and being incredibly heavy. The founder of Intellicube and his team proposed the second research direction – thinner cabinet.

The team improved the TV cabinet’s lifting structure to make it thin enough. The eighth-generation TV cabinet has an internal space of only 20 centimeters and a total thickness of 29 centimeters. If it does not include the frame, the thickness is only 23.6 centimeters, making it the thinnest lifting TV cabinet of the same size in the world.
