Warranty Policy:
(1) Return Guidelines:
1. Only products purchased directly from www.theintellicube.com are eligible for returns.
2. We do not accept return requests for products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers.
3. Customers must contact Theintellicube team via info@theintellicube.com before returning an item, providing their order ID or proof of purchase and details about the product issue to request a return, refund, repair, or replacement. Theintellicube will provide a shipping label, RMA, and return address via email.
4. Theintellicube covers all return shipping costs for quality-related issues.
5. Ensure the returned item is repackaged in its original condition with all documents and accessories included.
6. If the returned product is not in its original packaging (e.g., external damage, missing accessories, or any human-caused damage that affects resale), a corresponding fee may be deducted.
7. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your request (replacement or refund).
PS:If consumers cancel their order before shipment and within the website’s cancellation period, the order can be canceled.
(2) How to Return and Get a Refund? (30-Day No-Reason Return & Refund Guarantee):
For undamaged products in original shipping cartons, we offer a 30-day "No-Reason Return" policy. Customers must contact Theintellicube team (info@theintellicube.com) to submit a return request. We will provide a shipping label, RMA form, and return address via email. Please include your original order number or proof of purchase and ensure the item is returned within 30 days.
Refunds will not be issued until we receive the item in its original packaging (including documents and accessories).
For quality-related issues, Theintellicube covers all return shipping costs.
If the returned device has been installed and used, Theintellicube reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% of the product value, and the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
If the return is due to the consumer's personal reasons, the consumer must bear the return shipping costs, with specific fees determined by the chosen courier.
If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., damaged or incorrect item received), the consumer does not have to pay the return shipping fee.
(3) Returns for Manufacturer Defects (After 30 Days):
Products returned after 30 days due to manufacturing defects will be evaluated and repaired under our limited one-year warranty. If the TV cabinet meets the defect conditions outlined in the return policy, and Theintellicube determines that on-site repair is not recommended or possible, Theintellicube will provide a replacement unit.
Customers must contact Theintellicube team (info@theintellicube.com) to request a replacement.
Theintellicube will provide a return shipping label and RMA via email.
The customer must return the original TV cabinet within 30 days.
Upon receiving the original unit, Theintellicube will ship a new replacement via UPS or FedEx.
(4) Refund Process:
Once we receive and verify the product's condition, the refund process will begin.
Refunds will be issued based on the original payment method.
For credit or debit card payments, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
Please contact your card-issuing bank for information on when the refund will be credited to your account.
(5) What Does the Warranty NOT Cover?
(a) Malfunctions or damages caused by user errors or improper repairs.
(b) Damages resulting from relocation, transportation, accidental drops, or personal negligence.
(c) Failures or damages caused by unavoidable external factors.
(d) Water or liquid damage due to improper use.
(e) Failures caused by lightning strikes or electrical system issues.
(f) Damage due to using incorrect voltage power sources.
(6) Additional Warranty Terms:
Theintellicube guarantees that this product meets the manufacturer’s specifications and that any defects found are not related to material or workmanship issues.
Theintellicube will correct defects under the following conditions:
(a) Damage due to misuse, negligence, transportation, incorrect installation, or improper operation.
(b) Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized personnel (not Theintellicube or its authorized service providers).
(c) Normal wear and tear requiring replacement of accessories or consumables (e.g., motors, controllers).
(d) Cosmetic damages (e.g., scratches, stains from improper handling or chemical cleaning).
(e) Damage caused by external environmental factors (e.g., power surges, liquid spills, extreme weather).
(f) Products with altered, unreadable, or missing model numbers, serial numbers, or UL labels.
(g) Costs for installation, customer education, shipping, setup, adjustments, or programming.
(h) Products not installed according to instructions included with the product.
No other entity is authorized to extend, expand, or transfer this warranty on behalf of Theintellicube.
All express warranties in this Limited Warranty replace any other warranties and conditions permitted by applicable laws.
Unless prohibited by law, Theintellicube is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages.
Some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so these exclusions may not apply to you.
Warranty Period:
Cabinet Materials Warranty (60 Months): Covers weather resistance and corrosion protection for materials like aluminum alloy, sheet metal, and plastic, under normal usage conditions as outlined in the user manual.
Electronic Components Warranty (36 Months): Covers automatic lift systems, motors, remote controls, and other electronic parts.
Warranty Conditions:
No on-site repairs are included in the warranty.
Customers may need to provide photos or videos to verify quality issues.
Remote technical support is available.
If on-site repair is required, additional service charges apply.
